From 10 to 17 June 2019, the VIII annual conference for young scientists and specialists “Alushta-2019” is held on the basis of the JINR Resort Hotel “Dubna” in Alushta. The Conference is organized by the JINR Association of Young Scientists and Specialists and is held in the format of a scientific school on the topics of major scientific achievements of the Joint Institute.

In the frames of the event leading JINR scientists will deliver lectures dedicated to the latest scientific results of the Institute’s laboratories. In their turn, young scientists and specialists of JINR will present reports on their research fields. Furthermore, it is planned to hold discussions on the topics of lectures and a round table with the JINR Directorate.

This year, students of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Crimea will take part in the Conference for the second time. They will present poster reports dedicated to their scientific projects. Participation of students in the Conference will be awarded with diplomas that will be considered as additional points when entering the Dubna State University.

Moreover, students of the International School of Engineering of the Dubna University will take part in the Conference.
