From 11 to 29 December, the book exhibition “Veksler and Baldin Laboratory of High Energy Physics – from synchrophasotron to NICA” will take place in the branch of the Science and Technology Library (Building 3, 2nd floor) at Veksler and Baldin Laboratory of High Energy Physics. The exhibition is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of VBLHEP and the 30th anniversary of the Nuclotron.

The exhibition presents:

• literature about the Laboratory’s history, its outstanding scientists, engineers, and workers who created unique facilities, made important discoveries and created new technologies;
• books about the development prospects of VBLHEP and construction of the new accelerator complex;
• reports; memoirs, biographical collections of the founders, leaders, scientists of the Laboratory, monographs, scientific articles, lectures, preprints.
