NICA Days 2019 in Warsaw

On 22 – 25 October 2019, the 3rd conference “NICA Days 2019” will be launched in the capital city of Poland – Warsaw – dedicated to the flagship mega-science project of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research “NICA”.
The Conference “NICA Days 2019” is organized by the Warsaw University of Technology and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research under the supervision of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland.
The conference “NICA Days in Warsaw” will bring together experts, scientists, engineers and students interested in heavy ion physics and in various aspects of design and construction of measuring equipment for NICA experiments. This Conference is a perfect platform to present the current status of the NICA project as well as to find new scientists, engineers and partners for further cooperation development.
The Conference “NICA days 2019” is associated with the fourth collaboration meeting of the MPD experiment and the fifth conference “Slow Control Warsaw”.
Organizers plan to publish lectures delivered at the Conference in the “Acta Physica Polonica B Proceedings Supplement”. Proceedings of “NICA Days 2015” (Vol. 9 № 2) and “NICA Days 2017” (Vol. 11 № 4) are available via the link.
