The Scientific Council of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research held the 124th session to discuss implementation of the NICA mega-science project, progress on implementation of the Seven-year plan for the development of JINR until 2023 in the fields of elementary particle physics, information technologies, nuclear physics, condensed matter physics, education as well as to consider development of the engineering infrastructure of the Institute.
