Helmholtz International School “Cosmology, Strings, New Physics”

The Helmholtz International School “Cosmology, Strings, New Physics” organized by the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics JINR in the frames of the DIAS-TH programme started on 5 August 2019 in the International Conference Hall in Dubna.
The programme of the School includes the following topics:
- Inflation and reheating
- Baryon asymmetry
- Dark matter
- Dark energy
- Primordial black holes
- Gravitational waves from black holes and neutron star mergers
- Inflation in supergravity and string theory
- Branes and string cosmology
Lecturers of the school are such prominent scientists as I. L. Buchbinder (Tomsk Pedagogical Univ.), D. S. Gorbunov (INR RAS, Russia), A. D. Dolgov (ITEP and NSU, Russia), V. Emelianov (KIT, Germany), D. I. Kazakov (BLTP, JINR), N. Krasnikov (INR, Russia), E. T. Musaev (MIPT, Russia), K. A. Postnov (SAI MSU, Russia), V. A. Rubakov (INR RAS, Russia), V. P. Spiridonov (BLTP JINR and NRU HSE, Russia), A. A. Starobinsky (Landau Inst. & BLTP JINR, Russia), A. Vikman (FZU, Czech Republic), M. Volkov (Univ. Tours, France), A. Westphal (DESY, Germany).
The lectures will be supplemented by evening discussion sessions. Short reports of the students will be encouraged as well. The total number of participants registered is about 80; among whom there are representatives of Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, the Czech Republic, Germany, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Poland, the Republic of South Africa, Russia, Spain, and Sweden.
The School will continue its work up to 17 August.
