We kindly invite you to take part in a virtual One-Day-Event “The X German-Russian Week of the Young Researcher” that will take place on 14 December 2020 online. The topic is “Collaborating across borders during the pandemic”.

The event is organized by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) under the umbrella of the German Centre for Research and Innovation (DWIH Moscow). The German-Russian Week of the Young Researcher is an annual event dedicated to the issues of science and research topical for Russia and Germany. The event is organized in the framework of the Year of Germany in Russia 2020/21 launched on 26 September 2020.

At the first session, high-level representatives from German and Russian research communities and scientific foundations will discuss the current situation in science and will talk about prospects for Russia-Germany cooperation. The second session will invite German-Russian research groups to present their projects and to discuss the impact of the pandemic on the bilateral cooperation in various scientific fields. The working language of the event is English (no translation provided).
