A session of the JINR Committee of Plenipotentiaries of the Governments of the JINR Member States will take place on 19 June 2020 and will be held in the video conference format. JINR Director V. A. Matveev will make a report.

JINR Vice-Director R. Lednický will report on the selection of an audit organization for auditing JINR’s financial activities for 2019.

JINR Assistant Director for Human Resources A. V. Ruzaev will present the draft of the Staff Regulation of JINR to the participants of the session.

V. A. Matveev will report on Endorsement of appointments of Vice-Directors of the Institute.

Participants of the session will discuss the issue of calling the election and nomination of candidates for the position of Director of JINR.

JINR Chief Scientific Secretary A. S. Sorin will report on the establishment of the Prize of the JINR Committee of Plenipotentiaries. He will also inform about changes in the membership of the JINR Scientific Council.

Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in JINR B. S. Yuldashev will make a report on the resumption of the full membership of this Member State in JINR.

After the general discussion, participants of the session will make decisions.
