The Joint Institute for Nuclear Research hereby informs owners and tenants of residential premises about a switch to direct agreements from 01.07.2023. It applies to the following blocks of flats:

The switch to direct agreements is carried out in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 157.2 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation due to the debts of managing organizations and home unit companies (HUT) to JINR.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of article 157.2 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research will provide heating, hot and cold water supply, and sanitation to each owner of residential premises in blocks of flats mentioned above.

From 01.07.2023, payments for heating, hot and cold water supply, and sanitation will be included in a unified payment document by “Information and Settlement Centre “Dubna” LLC.
