The Ministry of Investments and Innovations of the Moscow Region launches submission of documents and selection of young scientists and specialists working at scientific organizations of the Moscow region for the participation in the subprogramme “Social mortgage” of the state programme of the Moscow region “Dwelling” of 2021 approved by the Decree of the Government of the Moscow region No. 790/39 as of 25.10.2016 “On approval of the state programme of the Moscow region “Dwelling” for 2017-2027″.

Deadline for submitting applications: from 01.02.2021 to 31.03.2021.

In the section “Documents” of the website of the Ministry, you can find the Decree No.28-H of 30.10.2020 “On approval of additional criteria for evaluating professional achievements and terms of selection of the most demanded young scientists and specialists, young unique specialists for participation in the subprogramme “Social mortgage” of the state programme of the Moscow region “Dwelling”. The Decree provides all necessary information about the stages and criteria of the selection.
