On 22 March 2023, at the International Conference Centre, on the eve of the session of the JINR Committee of Plenipotentiary Representatives, a regular meeting of the JINR Finance Committee takes place in the mixed format. The report by JINR Director Grigory Trubnikov will open the event.

Head of the Budget and Economic Policy Department Nikolay Kalinin will report on the implementation of the JINR budget for 2022 and the draft of the updated JINR budget for 2023.

JINR Vice-Director Latchesar Kostov will present a report on the selection of an audit organization to conduct an audit of the Institute’s financial activity in 2022.

The milestones of the meeting of the Working Group under the CP Chairman for financial issues of JINR of 27 February 2023 will be presented in the report by Head of the Group Angelina Díaz García.

Deputy Director of the Dzhelepov Laboratory of Nuclear Problems Dmitry Naumov will present the information about the status and prospects of the Baikal-GVD project to Committee members.

The results of the meeting will be summed up at a general discussion after which participants of the Committee will take decisions. The results of the meeting of the Finance Committee will be presented at the session of the Committee of Plenipotentiaries of the Governments of the JINR Member States that takes place on 24 – 25 March in the mixed format.
