Dear colleagues,

As you already know the Institute together with Medical Unit No.9 and with the participation of the Dubna City Hospital organize preventing testing of employees for the coronavirus by PCR and the blood analysis for the presence of antibodies.

All these examinations are financed by the Institute and are free for JINR employees and their family members. In total, about 10,000 tests have been made for our staff members and this helps detect the presence of the infection at early stages thus preventing its further spread. It also ensures the curing of patients at early stages of the disease. At the same time, the Operational Headquarters informs the staff of the following in connection with the reduction of quotas for testing and the upcoming holidays:

1. Testing for coronavirus on holidays will be provided in the polyclinic of Medical Unit No.9 on 3,6, and 8 January only if necessary and on the instructions of doctors.
2. Starting from 23 December, testing of employees for antibodies has been suspended. These tests will be made only in exceptional cases by the decision of doctors taking into account the beginning of vaccination against the coronavirus.
3. PCR testing will be made only on the instruction of doctors, as well as based on the recommendations of responsible contact persons of the laboratories and offices and according to the lists agreed with the Headquarters.
