Dear veterans, dear employees of the Institute, all your loved ones and families, citizens of Dubna! We cordially congratulate you on the Great Holiday — Victory Day! 77 years ago, the good news of the victory over fascism was announced to the world.

The Great Victory Day is a special holiday for all of us, which we celebrate as a tribute to the memory and deep respect for the defenders of peace — to all those at the front and in the rear who heroically and selflessly brought this long-awaited day closer. We praise those who went through all the pain and hardships of the war for the sake of a peaceful and happy life for future generations. The heroes of those years stood up and won! This immortal feat inspires us to new achievements today, strengthens our spirit, educates the younger generation as patriots, helps to overcome difficulties and move Humanity forward. Eternal glory to the Heroes, no one is forgotten and nothing is forgotten!
