On 6 November 2020, the MPD magnet for NICA project will be moved from the dock on the Dubna river to the site of the Laboratory of High Energy Physics JINR. The cargo is bulky so it will be necessary to disconnect both 110 kV lines and take measures to pass these sites. The lines supply with electricity both JINR sites and most of the right-bank part of Dubna. The powеr cut is expected in the following city districts: JINR’s Part of Dubna, Chernaya Rechka and Bolshaya Volga (partially). Please note that water supply and heating will be cut off along with the electricity. The left-bank district of Dubna will no be cut off. Estimated time of power cut and the cargo movement is from 10 AM to 2 PM. The time of power cut may be slightly extended in case of unforeseen circumstances.
