The first in the world Superheavy Element Factory is being developed in the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. Creation of the the DC-280 Cyclotron complex for experiments on the synthesis of superheavy elements and study of their chemical properties has been finished in the Flerov Laboratory of Nuclear Reactions. Launch of the new Dubna cyclotron is planned for November 2018.
