Future applied research at NICA complex was widely discussed in the Veksler and Baldin Laboratory of High Energy Physics JINR for the first time.

Representatives of scientific, educational, and industrial organizations from Russia, Germany, the USA, Japan, Italy, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Moldova, Belarus, Australia, Belgium, South Africa, and Uzbekistan took part in the International Round Table on Applied Research and Innovation at NICA.
