Dear colleagues!

We are glad to inform you that on 8 September 2018, the Association of Young Scientists and Specialists of JINR jointly with represntatives of JINR national groups organize a picnic in the Ratmino field (starting from 11:00 AM).

We invite young staff members of JINR and their families to take part in the event the motto of which is “Back to Work!”.

The programme of the picnic comprises sports and board games, music, kebab (chicken/pork). Participants can bring their own drinks (bring your own booze) and food (braziers will be available after cooking kebabs), musical instruments, board games, and etc.

The fee for adults is 100 rub.

Everyone is welcome to register via Indico.

The number of participants is limited! When the limit is reached, registration on Indico will be closed up.

For those who cannot reach the Ratmino field by themselves, several bus transfers will be organized.

See you in Ratmino!

P.S. In case of rainy weather, the event will be shifted for a week. More details will be available in few days.
