Programme of the PAC for Condensed Matter Physics
Vice-Directors of the Institute L. Kostov and S. N. Dmitriev will introduce participants of the meeting to information on the Resolution of the 129th session of the JINR Scientific Council (February 2021) and on the decisions of the JINR Committee of Plenipotentiaries (March 2021).

P. Yu. Apel will present the report on the expiring theme “Radiation Physics, Radiochemistry, and Nanotechnology Investigations Using Beams of Accelerated Heavy Ions” and a proposal for its extension.
Within the framework of prioritization of the JINR projects within the competence of the PAC for Condensed Matter Physics, following up the extraordinary PAC meeting held on 29 April 2021, the PAC members will consider reports on projects: “Construction of a complex of cryogenic moderators at the IBR-2 facility” (K. A. Mukhin), “New semiconductor detectors for fundamental and applied research” (G. A. Shelkov), and “Development of experimental techniques and applied research with slow monochromatic positron beams” (K. Siemek).
The agenda of the meeting also includes the presentation of scientific reports by M. Balasoiu and D. V. Soloviov jointly with Y. Arynbek.
The programme of the event will be continued with virtual poster presentations by young scientists.
