Alexander G. Artamonov, a graduate of the Faculty of Philology of Lomonosov Moscow State University and Doctor of Social Sciences of the Catholic University of France, is the speaker. He is a graduate of the Higher Diplomatic Academy of France and chief expert of the Eurasia Heritage Foundation as well.
