School on Advanced Methods of Modern Theoretical Physics invites applications

On 21–26 July 2024, the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research will host the International School on Advanced Methods of Modern Theoretical Physics: Integrable and Stochastic Systems, organized by the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics at JINR. The event is suited to master’s and postgraduate students. Registration is available on the school’s website until 16 June.
During the event, students will have a chance to take part in 15-20 lectures lasting 90 minutes each. The school’s topics include:
- methods of quantum field theory,
- nonequilibrium quantum and classical systems and stochastic methods,
- integrable systems,
- gravitational waves.
Detailed information about the lectures is available via the link. In addition, a poster session will take place for the participants to present the results of their research. The event is aimed primarily at master’s and postgraduate students.
Registration deadline is 16 June 2024, the number of attendees is limited. The working languages are English and Russian.
