On 20 March 2019, the elections of the Chairman of the AYSS Council were held in the DLNP Conference Hall of the Radio-Chemical Laboratory. According to the agenda, prior to the elections Chairman of the Association Alexander Verkheev made a report on the AYSS activities in 2018.

According to the protocol № 003 dated 22 March 2019, the elections were recognized as valid, Alexander Verkheev was elected as Chairman of the AYSS Council. The membership of the AYSS Council was approved in the following composition: A. Bezbakh, A. Bogomolova, N. Voytishin, M. Erdauletov, D. Klimansky, I. Kolesnikova, A. Pikelner, M. Fomina.
