The Ministry of Investments and Innovations of the Moscow Region annually holds a competition as part of the Social Mortgage programme to provide the most sought-after young scientists and specialists with state support in purchase or construction of housing.

The competition aims to provide the most sought-after young scientists and specialists, as well as young unique specialists with state support in the purchase (construction) of residential premises provided they conclude a residential mortgage loan agreement for a period of 10 years by

• covering of the down payment when making a residential mortgage loan agreement;
• monthly compensation for the principal debt payment for a residential mortgage loan.
