Results of grant competition for Dubna teachers

Twelve Dubna schoolteachers and additional education teachers are laureates of the annual grant competition of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.
The jury of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research decided to award 12 grants to schoolteachers and additional education teachers in the city of Dubna.
The winners of the 2024 competition are:
- Marina N. Ivanova, history teacher at the School №7;
- Irina N. Ilina, chemistry teacher at the Kadyshevsky Lyceum;
- Mikhail G. Nuyakshin, mathematics teacher at the Kadyshevsky Lyceum;
- Irina V. Potsepaeva, physics teacher at the Yuna New School;
- Andrey V. Samsonov, additional education teacher at the Dubna University College;
- Elizaveta A. Savelieva, primary school teacher at the Lyceum №6;
- Olga N. Sorokina, mathematics teacher at the School №9;
- Alyona S. Obukhova, computer science teacher at the School №9;
- Taisia A. Lapteva, biology teacher at the Polis Lyceum;
- Natalia M. Trusova, chemistry teacher at the School №1;
- Elena L. Buzdavina, English language teacher at the Gymnasium №111;
- Irina V. Udalova, biology teacher at the Gymnasium №3.
The Joint Institute for Nuclear Research holds the annual grant competition since 2001, promoting professional development and stimulating the educational and creative activity of the city’s teachers.
When considering the applications, emphasis is placed on subjects and technologies essential for potential future JINR employees: life and engineering sciences, information technology, and advanced methods of additional school education in life sciences, including those utilised by primary school teachers. In addition, among the winners are teachers of Russian, English, and other languages and literature, history, handicrafts, and other equally important disciplines of the school curriculum.
