On 25 March 2021, a general meeting of the JINR Association of Young Scientists and Specialists was held, at which the elections of the chairman of the AYSS Council took place.

According to protocol № 003 dated 29.03.2021, the elections were recognized as valid, Nikolay Voytishin, a researcher of the Laboratory of Information Technologies JINR, was elected as Chairman of the AYSS Council, and the AYSS Council was approved in the following composition: A. N. Issadykov, I. A. Kolesnikova, L. D. Kolupaeva, A. A. Korobitsin, A. B. Krasnov, V. A. Maslova, D. K. Pugachev, M. I. Zuev.
