On 23 February, applications for participation in the International Conference “Modern Problems of Condensed Matter Theory” are invited. The Сonference will take place at the Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics at JINR from 15 to 19 July 2024.

The scientific programme of the Сonference includes a discussion of a wide range of current fundamental and applied issues in the condensed matter theory. The Сonference will feature oral presentations, including plenary and invited talks, as well as a poster session. The conference proceedings will be published in a peer-reviewed journal.

Scientific programme:

• complex materials (high temperature superconductors, superconducting hybrid strucures, fractal structures, functional materials);
• nanostructures and nanomaterials;
• models of statistical physics of complex systems;
• methods of quantum field theory in complex systems;
• modern experimental research.

The Conference is organized by the BLTP JINR. The Programme Committee consists of representatives of BLTP JINR, PNPI NRC KI, Ioffe Institute RAS, NIIC SB RAS, ITAE RAS, St. Petersburg University, and NUST “MISiS”.
