The Association of Young Scientists and Specialists at JINR announced the start of registration for the 28th International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists (AYSS-2024). The event will take place on 28 October – 1 November 2024 at the Laboratory of Information Technologies at JINR, in person only.

As part of the conference, leading scientists will deliver lectures on state-of-the-art theoretical, experimental, and applied research conducted all around the world, focusing on the main results obtained at JINR.

All participants are encouraged to submit abstracts on the following topics: theoretical physics, mathematical modelling and computational physics, high energy physics, particle accelerators and nuclear reactors, experimental nuclear physics, information technology, condensed matter physics, applied research, and life science.

Students, young scientists, and specialists under 36 years from research and educational centres of any country are invited to participate in the Conference with oral and poster presentations. Selected papers will be recommended for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.

The working language of the conference is English. Registration is available until 22 September 2024 via the link.
