I congratulate you on the Day of Russian Science. We celebrate it when implementation of scientific and technical tasks of the Seven-Year Plan for the Development of JINR is on fast-forward. Our success in this area was noted at the latest sessions of the Committee of Plenipotentiaries of the Governments of the JINR Member States, the JINR Scientific Council, nearly finished meetings of the JINR Programme Advisory Committees. I would like to express my deep confidence that the JINR staff will make every effort for implementation of large-scale tasks faced by the Institute.I wish excellent health, prosperity, career achievements and scientific discoveries to staff members of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, scientists, engineers, constructors, all staff members who work at Dubna enterprises of the research complex, our colleagues and partners from Russian research centers.
