Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to RF Mr. Doloonzhin Idehvkhehten with his spouse and Minister-Counselor Banzragch Samdan visited Dubna on 20-21 January 2012. The guests were welcomed by JINR Deputy Chief Scientific Secretary D.V.Kamanin, Deputy Director of FLNP D.Sangaa and ICD Chief Engineer M.G.Loshchilov.

The following urgent issues were discussed during the meeting: directions of further development of cooperation between JINR and Mongolia with an account of actual status and new perspectives of JINR, associated with the implementation of the mega project NICA/MPD; some topical issues in relation with the forthcoming Committee of Plenipotentiaries of the JINR Member States in March 2012; the necessity to increase contribution of Mongolia to JINR, and perspectives for young scientists.

It should be emphasized that meetings of this kind have become regular – since Mr. Doloonzhin Idehvkhehten was appointed Ambassador of Mongolia in the RF, he has visited Dubna for the second time and he already received JINR delegation twice.
