“Open laboratory” in Dubna

On 10 February 2018, the Blokhintsev Public Library will be one of the sites for “Open Laboratory”, an international science enlightening campaign dedicated to our world.
The event will be a part of celebration of the Russian Science Day traditionally held on 8 February.
The mass campaign for checking scientific literacy will be held during one day in dozens of Russian towns as well as more than 20 countries – China, France, the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and others.
Everyone interested from 10 to 110 years old may become participants (“lab researchers”) of the event in Dubna. The event will be held on 10 February 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Blokhintsev Public Library (Blokhintsev street, 13). After the Lab, popular science chemical experiments will be presented to participants.
The organizers of the “Open laboratory” in Dubna are the JINR University Centre and the Blokhintsev Public Library of JINR.
