From 22 April to 17 May 2024, the JINR Science and Technology Library invites visitors to the New Book Acquisitions exhibition.

Among other books, the exhibition presents:

• two books about muons and the nucleus by JINR researcher Basar M. Sabirov, in Russian and English for beginners in physics;
• textbook by JINR researcher, Doctor of Sciences Mikhail V. Chizhov on the physics of weak interactions of elementary particles;
• books about outstanding scientists – Academician Ilya M. Frank and mathematician Alexei A. Lyapunov;
• monographs on the synthesis of elements in the Universe, on the physics of subatomic particles from the origin of the discipline to its current state and prospects, on quantum mechanics, mathematical statistics, and condensed matter physics.
