On 13 October 2023, at 7:00 PM, the JINR Cultural Centre “Mir” ivites all interested to a lecture “Mosaic legacy of Nadia Léger. 50 years later” by Tatyana Romanenkova.

Tatyana Romanenkova is the head of the Culture and Tourism Department of the Dubna city district administration, for many years headed by the JINR Cultural Centre “Mir”.

In 1972, the famous French artist born in Belarus Nadezhda Khodasevich Léger presented USSR with a collection of mosaic portaits of outstanding political and cultural figures of the 20th century. Ten mosaics are located in the park opposite the Cultural Centre “Mir”, and four, with portraits of astronauts, are located near the Cultural Centre “Oktyabr”.
