Several leading researchers of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research received high state awards of the Russian Federation for their scientific contributions and many years of distinguished work.

Head of an FLNR JINR Sector Vladimir Utenkov was awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merits to the Fatherland”, first class.

FLNR JINR Deputy Director Andrey Popeko was awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merits to the Fatherland”, second class.

MLIT JINR Deputy Scientific Leader Tatiana Strizh was awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merits to the Fatherland”, second class.

VBLHEP JINR Acting Director Andrey Butenko received the gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation for merits in research and many years of distinguished work.
