Today, on 23 August, the International Workshop «Geometry, Integrability and Supersymmetry” – GIS21 starts in Yerevan, Armenia.

The Workshop is jointly organized by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Yerevan Physics Institute, and the Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics of the Academy of Sciences of Armenia.

The event has gathered about 40 participants from Armenia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, and the USA. The programme will include about 30 talks on the following topics:

• Supersymmetric Mechanics
• Classical and Quantum Integrable Systems
• (Super) Symplectic Geometry
• Superfield Techniques
• Applications in Field Theory and Condensed Matter Physics

The Workshop will end on Thursday, 26 August.
