International Conference “Nucleus-2019” in Dubna

On Monday, 1 July 2019, the 69th International Conference «Nucleus-2019» on Nuclear Spectroscopy and Nuclear Structure «Fundamental Problems of Nuclear Physics, Nuclei at Borders of Nucleon Stability, High Technologies» will be launched in Dubna, in the Congress Centre of the Special Economic Zone “Dubna”.
The 69th International Conference «Nucleus-2019» is held by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research with the support of Russian Academy of Sciences, St. Petersburg State University and Moscow State University.
According to the organizers, holding of this traditional and significant conference in Dubna is a great scientific event that goes beyond the ordinary due to the huge number of participants, which is more than 300. The geography of the Сonference is also impressive. Among registered participants there are representatives of Algeria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, the South Africa, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United States of America, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
The Conference is aimed at discussion of the latest results in experimental studies of properties of atomic nuclei and mechanisms of nuclear reactions, theory of atomic nucleus and fundamental interactions, theory of nuclear reactions, and application of nuclear physics methods in related fields of science and technology.
The five-day Programme of the Conference includes plenary sessions with invited and review reports, sectional parallel sessions with original reports, and poster sessions.
The materials presented at the Conference will be published in the refereed journals: “Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics”, “Physics of Atomic Nuclei”, and “Nuclear Physics and Engineering”.
