On 28 October, the Czech Republic, a Member State of the Joint Institute, celebrates the Independent Czechoslovak State Day.

Czechoslovakia was one of the founder states of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. The Czech Republic continues its collaboration with JINR. Czech staff members in JINR and Czech scientists cooperating with the Institute take part in all the key fields of the Institute’s research.

The Institute’s Directorate congratulates Czech colleagues on Independence Day and wishes them and their families good health and well-being, successful work, scientific achievements, and discoveries for the benefit of science and progress!
