Children’s research project “Archimedes Pear”

The JINR Universal Public Library “Blokhinka” invites children from 10 to 12 years to take part in the new research project “Archimedes Pear” (only by appointment). Events will be held on Saturdays every two weeks. The first meeting will take place on 7 October.
You can learn more about the world around you by participating in this project:
- get acquainted with the principle of operation of devices and mechanisms.
- Try yourself as an engineer, biologist, chemist.
- Build different structures and test their strength.
- Find out what scientists do.
- Understand everything in practice.
The project includes chemical experiments, working with a microscope, creation of engineering mechanisms. Classes will allow you to develop the skills of research, analysis and drawing up cause-and-effect relationships, endurance, expand your horizons and self-confidence, and increase motivation to study.
