Call for applications for “Young Talents Programme”

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) calls for applications for a Russian-German scientific programme “Young Talents”.
The programme includes two directions (lines). Line A will provide selected participants of the competition with a scholarship for going on short research training to conduct individual research projects on innovative topics. They may carry out the projects at centres and institutes of the Helmholtz Association, as well as on the basis of the Technical University of Munich at the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Zentrum.
The scholarship programme of Line B will allow young talented researchers either to take part in summer/winter schools organized by large-scale research centres or institutes or to have a short-term internship to conduct research or have an advanced research training on the platform of the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Zentrum / the Jülich Research Centre and the GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research / the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR).
Young Russian scientists with an academic degree of candidates of sciences, as well as postgraduates, graduates of universities, master-degree students are kindly invited to take part in the programme.
The deadline for submitting applications is set on 11 January 2021.
