On 27 November 2024, at 4:00 PM, the Association of Young Scientists and Specialists at JINR invites everyone interested to the next seminar that will take place in the Big Hall of the JINR Scientists’ Club (6, Joliot-Curie street, left side).

A junior researcher at the Laboratory of Neutron Physics at JINR Bulat Bakirov will deliver a presentation “Bedtime archaeology stories”.

The speaker will share exciting discoveries that reveal the secrets of ancient civilisations and stories of how archaeologists make new discoveries together with physicists. The audience will learn about unusual artifacts, strange customs of ancient peoples, and even some funny stories. The speaker will explain how all this helps better understand the past and inspires new discoveries.
