The JINR Universal Public Library invites everyone interested to the “Clever Fest”, an event devoted to additional schooling for adults.

The festival aims to bring together the organizers of additional schooling programmes for adults in Dubna. Everyone interested will have a chance to learn about the conditions of participation, network, and exchange ideas. The festival focuses on sports, games, dancing, music, and creativity.
