- 15:00 – 15:45 Time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy and microscopy in biophysics and material study. Fluorescence lifetime measuring technique, molecule spectroscopy, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), FLIM/PLIM, FRET techniques, prospects of high-precision study of protein co-localization in cells. PicoQuant microscopes and spectrometers.
- 15:45 – 16:30 Scanning microscopy, double-beam microscopy and transmission microscopy. Review of Thermofisher Scientific electron microscope.
