The generalisation of the four-particle Faddeev-Yakubovsky equation to the relativistic case is carried out. The resulting system of integral equations is solved by the iteration method, and the binding energy of the 4He nucleus is calculated. One-rank separable potentials are used for the NN interaction. Only states with zero orbital angular momentum, i.e. S states, are considered in the calculations. The calculations are carried out taking into account both the “3+1” and “2+2” sub-channels in the equation. The results are compared with those of non-relativistic approximation and the experimental data.
