Abstract:

The speaker will talk about the breakup of the 11Be halo nuclei on a light (12C) target within quantum-quasiclassical approach in a wide range of beam energy (5-67 MeV/nucleon) including the low-lying resonances (5/2+, 3/2, 3/2+) of 10Be+n system. The obtained results are in good agreement with existing experimental data at 67 MeV/nucleon. The performed analysis demonstrates the possibility of studying spectral properties of halo nuclei in their breakup reactions. The developed computational scheme can potentially be useful in further investigations of breakup of halo nuclei at low beam energies.
