Abstract:
A brief history of the Scientific Department of Computational Physics (SDCP) at MLIT JINR is given. The main areas of research conducted by the SDCP sectors are examined. The objectives of the SDCP are discussed within the framework of the “Topical Plan for JINR Research and International Cooperation in 2024” and the JINR development strategy for the period until 2030.
