Abstract:
The report presents the programme of fundamental research at the VBLHEP JINR accelerator complex, which is aimed at elucidating the nature of effects in the high pT region associated with polarization and non-polarization studies. Finding out about the nature of these effects will make it possible to advance to understanding the nonperturbative part of QCD.
