Abstract:

We carry out a phenomenological analysis of the effects in the extended scalar sector of the Standard Model axion see-saw Higgs portal inflation model framework. We address the one-loop correction to the triple Higgs coupling, λHHH, and solve the vacuum metastability problem in an appropriate region of the beyond-SM scalar parameter spaces. It is discovered that the threshold correction is inversely correlated with the λHHH and λH corrections for the SM Higgs quartic coupling. The general class of theories that apply threshold correction is constrained by a substantial λHHH correction (≳ 5%) that suggests vacuum instability in the model. The beyond-SM was subjected to a comprehensive two-loop renormalisation group analysis. Lepton asymmetry in the universe has also been estimated using the beyond-SM framework.
