Dear colleagues!

We are pleased to inform you that on 14 September 2019, the Association of Young Scientists and Specialists of JINR will organize a picnic in the “Ratmino” resort hotel (from 2:00 to 7:00 PM).

We invite young JINR employees and their families to take part in the event with the slogan «Back to Office!». The programme of the event will include sports games, music, shish kebabs (chicken or pork). Although participants are supposed to bring their own drinks. You may also bring your food, musical instruments, games, etc.

Everyone interested should register in the indico system via the link. Registration starts on Monday, 9 September at 10:00 AM.

Please note that the number of participants is limited. Once the limit is reached, registration form in Indigo will be closed

Attention: in case you want to invite ONE accompanying adult non-JINR staff member, you should indicate “+1” in the “Last Name” field during registration, for example, “Smith + 1” (additionally specifying the name of the attendant in the appropriate field).

After the registration, you will need to make a voluntary fee for adults in the amount of 200 rubles to our colleagues:
