The beginning of the meeting was set for 6 pm which was convenient time for all the participants from Russia, from Europe and from USA. Participants from Dubna (heads and main developers of the new JINR collider complex) assembled at teleconference room at VBLHEP building. Technical support was provided by Sergey Shkarovsky. During that teleconference meeting persistent audio communication was maintained. Moreover, it was possible to view participants from Dubna or slides of their presentations by turns. It was also possible to view video transmissions from Protvino and Batavia. The quality of the connection wasn’t good all the time and it made the conversation a bit complicated but it didn’t ruin a successful work. Some of the questions from Protvino and Germany which were absolutely unintelligible for Dubna participants were repeated for them by their colleagues from USA who had no transmission problems with Europe and Russia.
