Reports of JINR Director A.N.Sissakian, Assistant Director V.V.Katrasev and the milestones of the meeting of the JINR Financial Committee will be considered at the session of the Committee of Plenipotentiaries of JINR Member States on 25-26 March. Elections of the JINR Director and extra-elections of members of the JINR Scientific Council are included in the session programme. V.D.Kekelidze will make a report on a programme of applied research on the NICA. After the general discussion, decisions will be made and a protocol of Committee of Plenipotentiaries of JINR Member States will be signed.

The Plenipotentiaries of JINR Member States, representatives of a number of Embassies, guests from scientific centers of Russia and other countries, together with JINR staff members will participate in ceremonial events dedicated to the JINR Foundation Day on 26 March. By established tradition JINR Grants for the pedagogic skill will be presented to the teachers of Dubna in the Cultural Center “Mir”.
