From 9 to 11 November 2010 a group of experts from the Arab Republic of Egypt headed by Cooperation Coordinator Professor Hussein Al Samman arrived at JINR for a three-day visit to elaborate a programme of joint work in the frames of the agreement between ARE and JINR.

Guests discussed future joint projects at the Laboratory of Information Technologies, the Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics, the Dzhelepov Laboratory of Nuclear Problems and the Laboratory of Radiation Biology. All the JINR laboratories are in the programme of the visit. This visit is the key stage of preparation of the first meeting of the JOINT Coordination Committee, which was scheduled for the end of November.
