Currently, the cooperation of Cuba and JINR is developing successfully in different directions. Cuban scientists are involved in several research programmes of the Institute, including the NICA mega-science project. It is also worth noting that 10 young Cuban scientists have already participated in educational programmes of JINR in 2015, four of whom participated in the JINR Summer Student Programs.
