International scientific conference «Vladimir Vernadski and nuclear science» devoted to the 150th anniversary of the major Russian scientist of XX century Vladimir Ivanovich Vernadski will be held on 27 March 2013 in the International Conference Hall in Dubna.

The Joint Institute for Nuclear Research and the University "Dubna" are the organizers of the conference.

The conference is held with the support of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the National Academy of Natural Sciences of Kazakhstan, the International Association of Academies of Sciences.
